REFUND POLICY

1. Consultation Fees

Fees paid for:

  • Legal Consultation
  • Case Evaluation
  • Advisory Sessions
  • Document Review

are generally non-refundable once the consultation has been conducted or the service has commenced.

2. Service Fees

Refund requests may be considered only if:

  • Payment was made due to a technical error.
  • Duplicate payment was made.
  • The Firm is unable to initiate the agreed service.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund shall be granted:

  • After commencement of legal work.
  • After legal drafting has begun.
  • After consultation has been completed.
  • Due to dissatisfaction with expected outcomes.
  • Where delays are caused by government authorities, courts, tribunals, or third parties.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds shall be processed within 7–15 business days through the original payment method.
